• Step 2: Complete our online application form, or send it to us by post

This application form provides us with all the initial information we require to make a decision on your application to become a live in carer. Only once a successful application has been recieved will you be invited to attend a face to face interview and training induction.




• Step 3: Attend a telephone interview with our recruitment manager.

The telephone interview gives us the chance to chat to you and to discuss your expectations in the role as a live in carer. We may also clarify and points raised on your application form and it also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions about the role.

• Step 4: Attend a face to face interview and training days at our Macclesfield office.

Here we undergo a more detailed interview process and you embark on our 5 day induction course at our training center in Macclesfield.

• Step 5: Receive our offer of employment as a Homecare UK live in carer.

You successful receive an offer of employment that includes details of your role, terms and conditons as well as pay and benefits.
