This application form provides us with all the initial information we require to make a decision on your application to become a live in carer. Only once a successful application has been recieved will you be invited to attend a face to face interview and training induction.
The telephone interview gives us the chance to chat to you and to discuss your expectations in the role as a live in carer. We may also clarify and points raised on your application form and it also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions about the role.
Here we undergo a more detailed interview process and you embark on our 5 day induction course at our training center in Macclesfield.
You successful receive an offer of employment that includes details of your role, terms and conditons as well as pay and benefits.
