Welcome to Homecare UK , we are a local family run Home Care provider located in the heart of Macclesfield town centre at 17-19 Market Place, Macclesfield, Cheshire. We are conveniently located opposite the historic old town hall in the centre of Macclesfield.

With over 15 years experience Homecare UK can provide you and your family with personal (domiciliary) homecare services within Prestbury and the surrounding areas covering, but not limited to:

Within the Prestbury area we can provide you with experienced carer visits of 1/2 an hour, 3/4 of an hour and 1 hourly calls to your home depending on your requirements and care needs. We can also provide short term respite care if your normal carer is not available or in the case of holidays, sickness or absence.

Direct payments accepted – With no top up fees to pay



You’ll be pleased to know that we accept Cheshire East direct payment rates/fees for your care which means that you dont have any extra costs to pay for the care you require.

There are no top up fees to pay as the amount we charge for your care is the amount you receive from your Direct Payments allowance.

Cheshire East Empower Card

If you receive Direct Payments via the Cheshire East Empower Card then you may also use this to pay for your care fees as you would use a debit card. Further information and guidance on the Empower Card can be found here.

Respite and short term care in Prestbury

We can also provide short term and respite care if you normal carer is absent or to cover family holidays when required.

As well as our hourly home care visits we can also provide 24/7 ongoing 24 hour live-in care packages for those who require more ongoing around the clock care at home.

Our experienced and trained home carers

All of our home carer’s are specially recruited for their experience, qualifications and their passion for providing the very best personal care. All of our care workers and supervisors are also NVQ level 2 or level 3 qualified or are working towards their qualification.

All of our care workers undergo a rigorous in house induction training program that includes training on Health and safety, Medication, Moving & Handling, Emergency First Aid at Home and effective communication skills and many more.

All of our employees have a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check done together with extensive referencing and work history checks to ensure they are of a high calibre and are suitable to carry out your care.
